Cookery books from Special Collections on display at the FoodMuseum
Mini exhibition of Dutch cookery books
The virtual FoodMuseum by Linda Roodenburg is exhibiting a selection of Dutch cookery books from the History of Food collections of the University of Amsterdam.
The library of the FoodMuseum is a joint project of the Special Collections of the University of Amsterdam and the FoodMuseum. It is part of a series of exhibitions on Food & Material Culture, curated by Linda Roodenburg. The exhibition was launched today at the Oxford Symposium on Food & Cookery, the annual international conference on food, which brings together over 200 international scholars, journalists and chefs.
