Amsterdam Symposium on the History of Food 2017
The Amsterdam Symposium on the History of Food will take place on 17 and 18 November 2017.
The topic for the Amsterdam Symposium on the History of Food 2017 is ‘Making Sense of Taste’. The introductory lecture will be given by Prof Dr Peter Klosse.
The symposium is the result of a collaborative partnership between the Special Collections of the University of Amsterdam, the Amsterdam School of Historical Studies, University of Amsterdam, and the research unit Social & Cultural Food Studies (FOST) of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
